Policies

Delivery Policies
Delivery times and prices vary according to location.  All items are delivered by our delivery company to the address specified on your invoice. our delivery company will contact you once your information is submitted to them and entered into their system.  Once the merchandise is scheduled to be loaded onto a truck they will contact you with delivery dates and times to ensure that someone will be present to accept delivery.  Upon arrival to your home, our delivery company Service will remove all wrapping and boxes from your merchandise and place it in the desired location.  It is extremely important that you inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery.  You are required upon completion of delivery to sign the freight bill indicating that you received your order in full and that there were no damages or defects.  This releases our company and the delivery company from any claims.  

Return Policy
If damage or defect is noticed at the time of delivery, refuse only the pieces that have damage or defect and be sure to make note of the problem on the driver's freight bill and be sure to keep a copy for your records.  Once the defective or damaged pieces are returned to our warehouse, we will determine what is required to have the piece repaired or replaced.  Once the problem is resolved, you will be contacted informing you of the status of your missing items and let you know approximately when to expect your goods again.  Once delivery is completed and signed for, no returns may be made.

Terms of Sale
In order for Elliotts Iron Beds to process your order, we require payment in full at the time of your on-line purchase.  MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and American Express are accepted.  All prices listed are subject to change without notice.  All merchandise purchased within North Carolina is subject to sales tax.  Prices DO NOT include shipping which is paid to the shipper upon delivery of your product.

Cancellations
Once your order is placed with Elliotts Iron Beds we check to ensure that all of your billing and shipping information is accurate.  Your order is then sent to the manufacturer.  All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase time.  After 24 hours, allowing an order to be cancelled is solely up to Elliotts Iron Beds.  If an order is cancelled after the 24 hour period, you will be charged a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the original purchase price.  If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping policy, please contact Elliotts Iron Beds by telephone or email.

Warranty
Elliotts Iron Beds provides no warranty on goods sold.  All merchandise sold is covered with manufacturer warranty only and are available upon request.
